Even though the University of Toronto and other developers are currently proposing several projects in our area, this website will focus exclusively on U of T's proposal at the North-West corner of Sussex and Spadina pictured above.

​

The University of Toronto is proposing to build a 23 story high-rise student dormitory at the above site. This proposal greatly exceeds limits imposed by existing zoning bylaws regarding maximum height and population density.

This website is intended as a supplement to the ongoing work by the Harbord Village Resident's Association (HVRA) to help keep our neighbourhood liveable.
